Here are more fun things we did when Grandma and Grandpa came to visit:
April 20th was a really fun day!
The sparsely-attended Easter egg hunt that even I didn't go to. Erik said it was over and done with in 5 min. I did manage to show up just in time for some donut holes, though.
Elisa and all of her neighborhood friends!
A picture I stole from Grandma. Ian having the best time ever on the slide!
Gabe thinking about how delicious his ice cream is.
Later that day, we went to the neighborhood Ice Cream Social. The ice cream truck came, and we could order any ice cream from the truck that our hearts desired! I got two ice creams because Ian ate one of mine, along with one of his own.
Then we went to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner (lunch? linner?) because someone had a giftcard. I ordered delicious tacos, and Elisa ate lots of salmon. Gabe ordered a hamburger, Ian a pizza that he didn't touch, and I Erik ordered some chicken/pasta dish. Looks like Grandpa ordered some salmon? and I don't remember what Grandma ordered, most likely a salad.

And now for the main event, Easter! Easter was April 21st.
Grandma helping Ian color Easter eggs. She's got her tongue sticking out, I'm sure she'll love this picture haha. The kids love coloring eggs!
The Easter bunny came, with candy and gifts! He must have a Santa-complex. Calm down there buddy, Easter ain't Christmas!
It's The Easter Guinea Pig! She's as close to a bunny as we could get. So adorable!
Elisa looking beautiful in church
Elisa modeling her new Easter dress after church. I really hate that they chose to have Stake Conference every year on Easter Sunday. They should do a nice Easter church service, you know, like every church in the entire world does. It would be nice to have a real Easter Sunday worship, for once.
A stolen picture form Grandma's camera. The kids in the backyard, Easter Sunday.
Our most delicious Easter dinner. We had grilled lamb, deviled eggs, mashed potatoes, and maybe rolls? It was all delicious to me. We paid about $40 for the lamb and Whole Foods, and that was a discounted price. It was definitely worth it though! Lamb is so yummy, and so appropriate for Easter dinner.

April 22
A pre-celebration of Elisa's birthday. Grandma and Grandpa got Elisa some birthday presents and then took us all to Chick-fil-a for lunch. Elisa got some squishies, but she decided to take one back and exchange it for a banana-bunch toy that she was really excited about, but of course doesn't touch now.

April 23
Grandma was in a rush to get home, but we convinced to stay till 9 am to see Ian off to preschool.
That's all for Easter 2019! We had a good time.

It was great choosing any ice cream we wanted at the social. We don't have ice cream trucks here. That is a bad picture with my tongue out, and I'm not sure why. The next picture of me isn't quite so bad! Easter weekend activities were fun for the kids!
