January Randomness

Here are some fun things we did in January 2020: 

 

Jan 1

I meant to make gingerbread cookies for Christmas, but I didn't get around to it until after. The kids loved decorating the cookies, and they loved eating them just as much!

Jan 3

Elisa and all of her Beenie Boos. I counted 33 Beanies Boos, plus 1 big one.  She has even more than that, because we found a couple more after this picture was taken.

Jan 4

I shaved the bottom half of my Fluffers. I might have gotten a little carried away with the clippers.  The kids were upset because she looked absolutely ridiculous.  Her fur only took a month or so to grow back, so no harm done. Gabe kept saying: "fur loading: 50%". Silly boy.

This is the attitude I got back from the eggs I was cracking for my quiche.

The kids let their stickers they earned for practicing the piano build up so much that I had to take a picture in order to keep track of them all, because they had to be taken off to make room for more stickers!

Our cruise stuff came! We're going on another Disney Cruise in October, I'm very much looking forward to it!

Every once in awhile, while I just sitting on the couch upstairs minding my own business, I look over at the piggy cage and this piggy is just sitting there, intently starting at me.  I do wonder what goes on in her head.

Ian always insists on picking out a couple lunchables for himself when we go to the grocery store on Fridays.  And he eats them all!

I'm not sure if these videos are even worth posting, but here they are anyway.  Ian go to my phone during church and took a few videos.  Yep that's me playing organ in the background.

3rd hour of church.  Erik always teaches it. Here he is being silly during the tree of life lesson using the chalkboard.

Elisa had her friend Makayla come over and play (after Makayla had her lesson with me).  They had a great time playing with the parachute and giving each other static shocks on the trampoline
