I took the kids to Gabe's school's (Bauerschlag--weird name I know). Christmas party. Make that Holiday party--Christmas is offensive (eye roll). Erik was gone at work of course, but it was a cute little party and I'm glad I went even though it was right after the ward Christmas party and I was exhausted.
They served donoughts, hot chocolate, and McDonald's sausage Mcmuffins, no charge. Yum!

We stood in line it seemed like forever to see Santa just so Elisa could throw a fit and run away when it was our turn. So, no Elisa in the picture. Just my cute Gabe.
Gabe is old and mature enough to wander and do things by himself (in a safe, enclosed environment of course) so I let him go off on his own while Elisa was escorted and monitored by me to each activity.
How cute is this note to Santa?! I was off with Elisa while he was writing this, so this was done all by himself!

Sausage McMuffins provided is a plus that most schools don't offer. The first time Erik agreed to have his picture with Santa was kindergarten. Gabe wrote a nice letter to Santa spelling words the way they sounded. Cute pictures of the kids and all the fun they had!!
